Aprameya Girish Hebbar

Welcome to my webpage!

I am Aprameya, a fourth-year mathematics graduate student at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick, NJ, USA. Right now, I am exploring various questions in Geometric Flows. My adviser is Dr. Natasa Sesum. I did my undergraduate studies at Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore, India.

You can find my brief CV here. You can find more about my research here.

This site mainly contains my mathematical writing, notes, articles, and some other stuff.

As LLMs become more powerful, mathematics may begin to feel a lot more mechanized. To preserve the playful and exploratory side of math, I write Expository articles about math ideas I find fascinating, with lots of room for intuition, questioning, and the process of understanding. These articles are written by me, without LLM assistance, including when they explore topics which may be developed with the assistance of AI.
